Regent in line image 6

The dates that every F1 fan needs to have in their diary: we spotlight some of the Grands Prix we can't wait for in 2025.

In Formula One, you're always looking ahead: the next corner, the next lap, the next race…

…the next season.

To welcome the New Year, we've teamed up with our Global Cruise Line Partner, Regent Seven Seas Cruises®, to compile a carefully curated list of Grands Prix we can't wait for in 2025.

With 24 rounds spanning five continents and 21 countries, this list is by no means definitive; every place we visit has its own unique charms, and the incredible support we receive from fans in every locale helps drive us on. But this list will pique your interest and might even fuel your motivation to embark aboard a luxurious all-inclusive voyage – or, at the very least, whet your appetite for what promises to be a thrilling year as F1 marks its 75th anniversary.

1 | F1 75 live at The O2

  • When: 18 February

  • Where: London

  • Go for: Your first glimpse of the 2025 season

The curtain comes up on the 2025 season in unique fashion at The O2 in the heart of the UK's capital. For the first time in the sport's history the entire grid will share a launch date, with every team set to reveal its 2025 livery in the city where tradition meets brave innovation.

This unprecedented world premiere event will be attended by Aston Martin Aramco drivers Lance Stroll and Fernando Alonso, along with the rest of the grid, plus some of the biggest names from the worlds of sport, music and entertainment. Expect a start to an F1 season like no other to mark the sport's 75th anniversary year.

Tickets sold out in less than an hour, but fans who cannot attend in person will still be able to watch the action live, with broadcast details and further event information to follow in the coming weeks.

2 | Australian Grand Prix | Hitting the track Down Under

  • When: 14-16 March

  • Where: Melbourne

  • Go for: The first race of the season, a warm Aussie welcome and a delicious cup of coffee

  • Set sail: Visit Melbourne with Regent Seven Seas Cruises that explore enchanting Australia and New Zealand

All eyes will be on Melbourne come March when we finally go racing in 2025. Following a winter of new car builds and three days of pre-season testing in Bahrain (26-28 February), during which every team tries to keep its cards close to its chest, nothing will be left on the table at the Albert Park Circuit, as everyone looks to get their campaign off to a flying start.

The free-flowing, picturesque Albert Park Circuit encircles a lake and boasts one of the best atmospheres of the year as Aussie fans welcome the sport in their droves. It's a bucket-list race for any F1 fan.

A friendly, exciting city, Melbourne certainly knows how to host a major sporting event, with the Australian Open kicking off the tennis Grand Slam season in January, and the city is also home to the mighty MCG Cricket Ground.

Australia makes some of the best coffee in the world and Melbourne is a must-visit for coffee connoisseurs. Much like the on-track action, sampling some of Melbourne's finest coffee roasts will set your pulse racing. Visit Hosier and AC/DC Lanes to savour the city's vibrant street art, and a trip to nearby St Kilda beach is a perfect way to unwind.

3 | Japanese Grand Prix | Big in Japan

  • When: 4-6 April

  • Where: Suzuka

  • Go for: Stunning scenery, one of the greatest racetracks in the world and fans who don't go home

  • Set sail: From ancient temples to all-night karaoke bars, discover Japan with Regent

Suzuka is one of the big beasts of the Formula One season. Corners such as Spoon, Degner, 130R and the Esses are some of the most renowned in the sport and each has a character of its own. It's the only genuine figure-eight circuit on the calendar and a real test of driver and machine.

You really feel the support from the fans here. The Japanese Grand Prix is famous for its incredible displays of fandom and the country is home to some of the sport's most passionate and knowledgeable supporters.

The race has often occupied a slot in the second half of the calendar, but as was the case in 2024, the race is set to take place during cherry blossom season, making for an even more breathtaking backdrop to the weekend.

The Japanese Grand Prix is also one of Fernando's favourites. He's spoken openly about his affinity with the samurai code and his admiration for Japanese culture. It's a country he loves and we do too.

Beyond the racetrack, the cities of Tokyo and Osaka boast beautiful architecture, while Shizuoka is a popular urbanite destination away from the hustle and bustle of Japan's major cities and home to Mount Fuji and the stunning Shiraito Falls.

4 | Miami Grand Prix | Marvellous Magic City

  • When: 2-4 May

  • Where: Miami

  • Go for: Iconic beaches, art deco masterpieces, sports stadiums and F1's showbiz race

  • Set sail: Home to Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Miami is the ideal place to begin the trip of a lifetime – find your perfect voyage embarking from the cruise capital of the world.

Celebrating its fourth year on the F1 calendar, the Miami Grand Prix continues to surge in popularity, bringing with it its unique blend of Hispanic and Floridian culture.

The Miami International Autodrome is popular with drivers and teams alike, but it holds a special place in the heart of Aston Martin Aramco Driver Ambassador and Head of F1 Academy Jessica Hawkins, as it was the scene of her memorable W Series podium in 2022.

When the F1 paddock arrives in early May, many in the 305 will be celebrating Cinco de Mayo, thanks to a large Latin-America populace; there will be plenty of opportunity for racegoers to see the city's vibrant nightlife at its very best and marvel at Miami's pastel and neon buildings and the sun-kissed art-deco architecture of South Beach.

Miami is also a mecca for sport. The racetrack weaves around the Hard Rock Stadium, which is home to the NFL's Miami Dolphins, while the Miami Marlins (baseball), Miami Heat (basketball), and the Florida Panthers (ice hockey) all play their home games in the city.

5 | Monaco Grand Prix | The jewel in the crown

  • When: 23-25 May

  • Where: Monte Carlo

  • Go for: The chance to get closer to the cars, the pits and the paddock than anywhere else

The Monaco Grand Prix remains the Grand Prix to attend regardless of whether you're a motorsport aficionado or completely new to the sport. It's an event that transcends F1: everyone's heard of the Monaco Grand Prix.

Suitably, it attracts a galaxy of stars from film, music and sport as the finest drivers in the world tackle one of the most demanding circuits on the calendar. And it's a key port of call on our Spotlight Voyage hosted by Aston Martin Aramco Team Ambassador Pedro de la Rosa in July, where guests will enjoy an unforgettable F1 experience at one of the motorsport's most revered racetracks.

Qualifying on Saturday, when the drivers are flat-out just millimetres away from the barriers, is perhaps the starkest reminder of the talent those behind the wheel possess, whilst the backdrop of the harbour, the superyachts, and famous Monaco landmarks like Casino Square make this F1's most evocative event.

6 | Spanish Grand Prix | Welcome to Fernando country

  • When: 30 May-1 June

  • Where: Barcelona

  • Go for: "Ohhh Fernando Alonso!"

The Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya has been a mainstay on the F1 calendar since 1991 when it first hosted the Spanish Grand Prix. Expect a sea of green in the grandstands as fans of Fernando and the team pour through the turnstiles to cheer on their home hero. Fernando's storied F1 career has kindled Spain's love affair with the sport and a fervent atmosphere is assured.

Stay in Barcelona to make the most of the trip, with fantastic food, beaches and landmarks like Sagrada Família: the largest unfinished Catholic church in the world, designed by Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí and due to be completed in 2026.

7 | Canadian Grand Prix | Lance the hometown hero

  • When: 13-15 June

  • Where: Montréal

  • Go for: Dramatic racing on a lightning-fast circuit, buzzing party vibes and smoked meat sandwiches

  • Set sail: From Montreal's Notre-Dame Basilica to the splendour of Nova Scotia, enjoy cruising Canada and New England with Regent

The second of three home races for the team in 2025; we make our annual sojourn to Montréal as spring turns to summer in the Northern Hemisphere.

The Canadian Grand Prix at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve regularly serves up dramatic races. Maximum concentration is required from the drivers as they navigate this old-school circuit where the walls are just inches away and every corner is thronged with massive grandstands.

The Île Notre-Dame, situated in the middle of the mighty Saint Lawrence River that passes through the city, provides one of the sport's more unique locations for a Grand Prix. And the atmosphere is electric: from the circuit to downtown Montréal, Canada really embraces its Grand Prix and support for home hero Lance is off the hook.

Lester's Deli is a must-visit, serving up delicious poutine and the best smoked-meat sandwiches in the city. Both Lance and Lawrence have eaten at the family-run fixture since they were children.

8 | British Grand Prix | There's no place like home

  • When: 4-6 July

  • Where: Silverstone

  • Go for: A glimpse of the most advanced and sustainable factory in F1, countryside escapes and thrilling racing at the home of British motorsport

A stone's throw away from our state-of-the-art AMR Technology Campus, a trip to Silverstone Circuit is definitely the shortest journey the team will make for a Grand Prix all year – but there's no way we couldn't include the British Grand Prix in this list. For more than half the grid it's their home Grand Prix, but for Aston Martin Aramco this really is our home race.

One of the biggest events on the British sporting calendar, Silverstone welcomes close to half a million fans throughout the race weekend, all of whom are eager to watch the fastest cars in the world pushed to the limit through some of the most iconic corners in F1, including Maggotts, Becketts and Copse.

Away from the hubbub at this former World War II airfield, exploring some of Britain's breathtaking countryside is worth your time, with leafy Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire all on your doorstep. Venture a little further and you'll find yourself in the idyllic Cotswolds. An area of stunning natural beauty, quaint English villages and quintessential pub cuisine.

9 | Azerbaijan Grand Prix | Back to Baku

  • When: 19-21 September

  • Where: Baku

  • Go for: A mix of the old and the new as the beautiful old town meets a modern metropolis in the cosmopolitan capital

For a truly unique Grand Prix experience, Azerbaijan is arguably the place to go. The capital Baku, where the race is held, blends rich history with the ultra-modern as Asian and European influences mix on the shores of the Caspian Sea.

A race that always provides high drama and exciting action, the Azerbaijan Grand Prix holds happy memories for Aston Martin Aramco: the team won its first trophy here – with Sebastian Vettel in 2021 – and back in 2017, Lance took his first podium at this circuit.

"It's a race I really like coming to," says Team Principal Mike Krack. "There's been a lot of investment in infrastructure, it's very clean, very well-organised, with amazing places to run, walk and eat. If people ever ask which race they should visit, this is one of those I mention, because I think it's cool."

10 | Las Vegas Grand Prix | Racing under the bright lights

  • When: 20-22 November

  • Where: Las Vegas

  • Go for: High-speed hijinks on the Strip and the F1 Academy season finale

F1 and the entertainment capital of the world are a natural match; both editions of the Las Vegas Grand Prix since its inception have provided suitable thrills amid an iconic setting as the track comprises part of the famous Las Vegas Strip.

The Las Vegas Grand Prix also marks the season finale for F1 Academy. Next year will be the first time it's featured on the F1 support billing in Vegas and the ultra-competitive, all-female, single-seater series promises to only add to the spectacle.

The Las Vegas Grand Prix comes with considerable fanfare in the build-up, but there's much more to do besides enjoying the bright lights. Trips to the Grand Canyon and the Hoover Dam will stay with you forever, whilst a road trip through Nevada to California and Los Angeles opens the door to visiting the likes of Santa Monica, Malibu and Hollywood.
