He came, he saw, he sang. Earlier this year, Aston Martin owner Santan Dave took over the Aston Martin headquarters in Gaydon, Warwickshire, as the prime filming location for his latest single, 'Clash'.
Featuring fellow British rapper, Stormzy, the music video for 'Clash' epitomises the visual union between London culture and an iconic British brand.
Bringing together two of the best UK rap artists of their generation, 'Clash' is the first collaboration between Santan Dave and Stormy.
As a Mercury Music Prize winner, Santan Dave also became singer-turned-storyteller earlier this year as he helped launch the AMR21.
And so, it only made sense to turn to Aston Martin when looking for an iconic filming location for his latest single.
As a brand, Aston Martin is British through and through, and proud to celebrate Britishness in all forms, and honouring homegrown talent is a key part of that culture.
The opening scenes show both artists in the Aston Martin factory, which then follows on to an impressive Aston Martin fleet.
Watch the video: Dave ft. Stormzy, Clash
Watch the official video for Santan Dave's 'Clash', featuring Stormzy, as the two artists take on the Aston Martin headquarters in Gaydon, Warwickshire.
Dave can then be seen walking along the Aston Martin customer inspection line, while 20 of Aston Martin's Vantage F1® Edition await the final step of the production process before delivery to customers.
The video offers an entirely new perspective to fans, giving insights into the Aston Martin manufacturing processes not ordinarily seen.
The action then moves on to the legendary Silverstone circuit, with the two stars enjoying the power of the Aston Martin DBS, before Stormzy takes the wheel of the limited edition V12 Speedster.
Santan Dave said: "I'm extremely grateful to Aston Martin, who couldn't have been more of a pleasure to collaborate with on this video. It's only right to showcase such an iconic British brand and such beautiful design alongside this moment."
Aston Martin Executive Vice President & Chief Creative Officer, Marek Reichman, said: "It is an honour for Aston Martin to be involved in this creative collaboration with music industry giants like Santan Dave and Stormzy.
"As a British ultra-luxury brand, we are proud to work with homegrown talent and these two guys coming together to create 'Clash' is a real cultural moment that will bring our brand to a new and younger audience. In a film full of icons, we are extremely proud to have been involved."
