Mechanics and design students from Milton Keynes College joined us for the launch of our 2025 Valvoline Aspiring Mechanics Programme.
Together with our official lubricant partner Valvoline, we launched the Aspiring Mechanics Programme in 2024. Aimed at developing the next generation of mechanics, the programme gave Milton Keynes College students the chance to engage in hands-on learning and mentorship.
In March, we welcomed a new cohort of students to our AMR Technology Campus to begin their programme alongside Valvoline. Beginning their journey with us, the students had the opportunity to tour our campus, learn from key members of our car build team and take part in a livery design competition.
The launch of our new programme coincided with Valvoline Mechanics Month – a month dedicated to celebrating and recognising mechanics worldwide.
