Ahead of the summer shutdown, we brought our teammates and their loved ones together for a gathering at our Silverstone HQ to show our appreciation for everything they do.
Hosted on the lawn outside our factory in the beautiful British sunshine, the 'AMF1 Family Festival' gave us an opportunity to celebrate the people who make our journey possible.
From live music and stage appearances to arts and crafts, a pitstop challenge, plus an opportunity to see the AMR22 and our 2022 driver helmets up close, there was something for all ages and interests.
It takes so much more than what you see trackside on TV to go racing in F1: the team back at base working around the clock, in every part of the factory, are just as integral to what we do.
And, of course, no member of the team would be where they are today without the support of their loved ones through the long weekends, offset hours and ups and downs of a racing season.
So, on the day of our Family Festival and throughout the rest of the year, we are thankful for the dedication and passion of every member of the extended AMF1 family. We Climb Together.
